Joe helped us both sell our home and buy a new one, all within the space of 9 weeks, in SAN JOSE!! No joke, no lie. We listed our home first week of January, closed our sale first week of February, and closed our purchase first week of March. This isn't typical, I understand, and Joe says the same thing.

But we would still have been languishing in seller-land if we hadn't trusted Joe's judgement and expertise. As a realtor he made it through the crash and survived; he made it through the Thunderdome of real estate. I've since learned that his father was a realtor as well, and his mom was a travel agent (as was Joe when he was younger!). Joe has been literally raised to be the ideal negotiator, and he came through beautifully for my wife and I.

He helped us face some hard truths about our sale and search in Silicon Valley, but his wisdom also helped us find a home we never would have imagined living in (because it's bigger and nicer than we thought we could get, and in a neighborhood we love), and we can't wait to move in. We can't recommend him enough.
